Basic Cata Support

Most modules are populated and provide a good amount of useful information.
However, there's still a bunch of work to be done.

Things that aren't working:

• Collections module
• PvP module
• Some crafted items are invisible (mouse over to see)
• Crafting skill levels are incorrect or missing (yellow, green, grey)
• Some items may be incorrectly tagged
• Many old crafting recipes have changed and need updates
• No source data for new items or recipes yet
• Phase items haven't been added and sorted
• Locales for new stuff haven't been added
• ???
• Much more that needs to be fixed/improved
