I don't have access to create the wiki page but we should come up with a set of standardized instructions on how to get set up.

fork the codebase.
Do a git clone
Set up locally
WE NEED INSTRUCTIONS HERE
Do work that requires featurizing
Push to local fork
Create PR against master branch of socallinuxexpo remote.
