Details:
Speakers frequently request updates to their bio or submitted presentation 
between the initial proposal and submission deadline.  If we can allow them to 
re-login this reduces manual efforts by the team.

Additionally this allows the committee to request speakers submit more 
information, upload headshots, or even upload presentation files after the 
event ends.
