Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we mark deceased individuals during the program as “suspended,” which isn’t the most appropriate way to handle this, as this status is also used for recipients who have missed two payment confirmations.
There should be an additional status for recipient "interrupted" plus a free text for comments (where field officer can add some text).
Important:
The new status should also trigger the deletion of any outstanding surveys. This keeps DB clean. Like this, they won't turn up in the "upcoming survey view", which can be confusing for the local field officer and may lead to unpleasant experiences if sent out automatically or manually without realizing the recipient is deceased.
@DarkMenacer note: I edited the original issue with inputs from @Gavriil-Tzortzakis regarding how to best handle existing surveys from deceased recipients (erase to keep DB clean)
