Proposal: Adding Comment to codebase.

For better understanding of the code, we need to have comment for the codebase.

however this can be a heavy task.

I am proposing that use AI comment function to add the draft comment for each section. the only concern is that it might be 90% of correctness but the 10% will be a bit hard to maintainer to organize. therefore I am writing this request to ask for opinions.

for the more, I didn't find any codebase level tools for the automation of comments, only at file level or it's a bit complicated to implement into a large codebase, I am looking for suggestions.
