ERROR Generating swagger files in Micro-Services

Hello! I am having trouble running npm run swagger.

npm ERR! Missingscript:
npm ERR! npm run

They are some of the errors, how can I solve them?

To generate a swagger file please run the following commands:

set node_env= development
npm run dev

[agrecasens]

No luck with that... I uninstalled and reinstalled all npm packages, but it seems to me that the problem is somewhere else. I have a list of all the changes haha, in case I found the solution I would share it.

Do you have any idea how I can solve it? Excuse me, I'm new to programming
