Version of click dependency causes issues when using it with Google Cloud Composer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now it's not possible to install the latest version of Soda SQL in Google Cloud Composer. Its a conflict with the versions of click.

If your requesting a new Warehouse please provide us with as much information as possible. We support warehouses provided and maintained by the community, so feel free to code an initial suggestion/implementation yourself.

Relax the versions for click that we can support from 8.0
