If I have interest in a node, I can 'bookmark' it and it will be available on a list somewhere else in the UI for quick access. (from @jameshuggett )
Similar to bookmarking. You'd be able to flag a node for further action. Maybe in lists etc. it has a yellow dot next to it. Could have a user defined list of custom flags/labels.
