The license file is not being properly handled, plus it is very onerous to keep all them up-to-date.

Investigate the following options:

Replace README.rst "License/Free Software" with shields.io github license label
Update LICENSE "names" to match the SPDX format (github)
Update LICENSE template to include correct license language.
Investigate downloading the license file during ght-init
