After the 2.6.1 firmware update google-drive-sync is not inserting the authorization link in the README.txt file.

Same problem with my Kobo Touch. Logs contain line:
/usr/local/grive-sync/sync.sh: Synchronization error. Creating README.txt
The grive was already authenticated. So, the problem shouldn't be about authorization, etc..

I will investigate this.

It seems like there's some binary problem.. If I use telnet and execute curl (curl is dependency of grive) then the program will just exit with error code 1.. All other programs that are part of the package exit with same error value. I'll try to pull latest version from kobolabs and compile grive and dependencies again.

Does it works now on the 2.6.1 Kobo Glo ?

No. I got latest version from kobolabs and built it, but it doesn't work. Next I will maybe try to use linaro toolchain that is provided in the kobolabs and compile with it. It's hard to fix this, because I can't see any error, but binaries just return exit status 1.

I'm little busy right now so it might take a while to fix this.

As a workaround it is possible to prevent the Kobo from updating. For more information see: http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2557852&postcount=107
