query to fetch project relation

to show relevant project on metadata detail page

this is a first implementation of understanding the resource-project relation
the triple store currently has the project-resource relation
the metadata detail page will be able to fetch the relation to display it

in a next iteration we aim to introduce the project (grantnumber) as a filter (we can make a project deliverable page)
for many records a project relation will not be available,
lets also check bonares/prepsoil/impact4soil/ejpsoil to understand if it captures the project relation

the project relation could be stored as a keyword (from a grantnr thesaurus)? or a dedicated project/initiative field
should living labs also be added as potential initiatives?
