Add tools to automatically build director baskets and Icinga config for notification scripts.

Wishlist

  • Limited or no changes to Notification Scripts
  • Detailed basket with command, inherited templates and data fields
  • Consistent naming
  • Framework reuseable for monitoring checks

Added a generators branch as a start on this, experimental so far but seems to work.
