Problem

Anchor v0.25 depends on solana-program 1.10. This prevents using openbook in build-downstream-projects.sh
To overcome this problem we use anchor from master for now in:

Remove mentioned two lines

Anchor 0.26 released, as soon as openbook migrates to it, we can stop using master anchor openbook-dex/program#28
