Accession in phenotype download for trial replaced by crossids

When I download phenotypes for a trial some of the germplasm names are replaced by cross ids, but not all of them that are in crosses. See attached phenotypic download and crossing trial download. This behavior doesn't make sense to me.

Do you have both accessions and cross unique ids in that trial? For trial using cross unique ids, you can have accessions as controls.

The trial was created only with accessions. Once we added a crossing trial that used plants from the trial as parents the plant names were replaced with cross ids. The accession name (germplasm name) was changed, which seems like a bug to me.
