If not already, clarify somewhere that all repositories under the GitHub solid organisation use the Solid Code of Conduct.

Open consideration: If all repositories under the solid-contrib organisation should or need to also follow the Solid CoC and whether it is strictly under the purview of the Solid Project.

This is mentioned in the project description

I gather that solid-contrib repos are currently done on a case-by-case basis. I propose that we put a similar banner on the solid-contrib org to make the code of conduct apply to the whole org over there.

The solid-contrib repos were originally moved out from the solid repo because some members of the team felt the team should not give an official stamp of approval without review and the team did not have resources to review. I feel the repos should fall under the Solid Code of Conduct but not sure whether ODI should curate its contents otherwise. I think it might be a good idea to have curated lists of apps, but perhaps that should be done through something like the catalog rather than the repos.

Also note that there in addition to /solid/ and /solid-contrib/, there are many things critical to Solid not stored in either place - SolidOS, CSS, NSS, etc.
