As a user, I want to be able to use the same Solid tools and methods for my local file system resources and non-Solid cloud resources as I do for a Pod regardless of whether I have a local Solid server installed. #132

For example, solid-shell can recursively copy a folder tree from a Pod to a local filesystem in a way that creates local auxiliary resources (acl, meta) exactly as a Pod does (puts them in an arbitrary place but announces via the link header where that place is). This way when a folder tree is copied from PodA to local then from local to PodB, it does not matter what method of auxiliary resource location either Pod uses.
