What's your issue? What have you tried to troubleshoot? What version of the container are you using?
If the issue you have is only seeing the messages above in your logs, these are innocuous messages that don't affect Bookstack's operation. If you are especially concerned, you can set a ServerName directive in a file you mount in to, for example, /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/. This is unnecessary for the vast majority of usecases.
