Improvement: Landing page after CLA signature

Currently, after a successful CLA signature, the user is redirected to the URL as designated in the env var REACT_APP_COMPANY_WEBSITE.

Should we not at least have a thank you page and/or option to redirect back to GitHub?

Could we just change the var to the handbook URL?

We can just change it to anything we like - I guess my point is there is no clear positive or negative feedback - just a redirect...
