This PR: #464 breaks active-standby dualtor. If show mux status exits with non-zero exit code no dualtor tests can proceed.

admin@ld480:~$ show mux status
could not retrieve key state value for port Ethernet0 inside table MUX_CABLE_TABLE

admin@ld616:~$ show mux status
could not retrieve key state value for port Ethernet0 inside table MUX_CABLE_TABLE

We have checked that on reverting this change show mux status works fine.
