Feature Request: Custom Installation Location for Windows MSI

It'd be amazing if the Windows MSI version could support a custom install path, either via the GUI (ideal) or as a commandline argument to adjust the drive/path where Sonic Pi gets installed.

Yes, I agree, this would be lovely. I did have a look at seeing how to do this but unfortunately couldn't figure it out.

We're currently using Wix to build our MSI and the config file for making that happen is here: https://github.com/sonic-pi-net/sonic-pi/blob/main/install/windows/wix/sonic-pi.wxs

If anyone is interested in adding this feature, I'd love to consider a pull request.
