Prevent monopoly on camera access

This app is locking webcam on it, so you can't do skype call or use cam for something else.
Maybe access approach must be changed to periodical checking webcam data instead of unstoppable access? So if on check cam will be locked by someone — wait some time.

Windows 10 Anniversary update solves this problem, by allowing several applications to access the same webcam
