在sophon-demo、以及sophon-stream中，涉及到对视频流（h264、h265）硬解/编码时，会重写了一些代码，但如果直接使用sophon-opencv里的Videocapture、Videowriter这些API的话，性能有什么区别？

sophon-opencv对264/265也是硬解/硬编
