Yesterday, Cloudflare merged this pull request.
cloudflare/workers-sdk#5550
This change will include config-schema.json in wrangler's export files.
Therefore, this can be used to generate types based on the officially provided schema.
(Of course, you could also use RawConfig as-is as a type definition.)
