Start\Stop hotkeys.

Despite the fact that plugin has synchronized Start\Stop. I think it will be nice to have a hotkeys implemented in plugin for same functions.

Example for usage:
My main output is Twitch. When i have faulty connection on Twitch, i need to restart it, and with it all outputs will stop if i am using sync-start-stop.
But, if sync-start-stop disabled, stopping stream via HotKey or by Mouse click will not stop plugin outputs.

With Plugin's Hotkeys it will be possible to disable synchronized start-stop, use Button Mouse Click to troubleshoot the main output connection, and to simultaneously start\stop streams.
