Here is a simple idea for maneuver error for the star acquisition following a gyro hold:
Use the max maneuver error (corresponding to a 180 deg maneuver) after any gyro hold longer than 10 minutes (TBR).
This would come into play for dark cals, which I think is fine and will mostly have the effect of requiring 120 arcsec search boxes.
For this, the go-back should be to use a work-alike of the time in NMM -> angle conversion that we're putting in the matlab tools and then use that as the maneuver angle when feeding the "review" version of the proseco acq probabilities in starcheck.
