The basestation GUI has a button for taking a snapshot, but it doesn't work right now - it should send a command to the rover to take a snapshot.

The associated variable in roboticsnet/gateway_constants.py is "ROBOTICSNET_COMMAND_SNAPSHOT", or 'snapshot' in the dictionary.
