Competition map with rover location #42

The GUI should show a map of the competition terrain and be able to place a pin showing the most recent known position of the rover (provided by GPS.) Google Maps doesn't provide a good Python library for this type of behaviour so a few different 3rd-party options are under consideration/prototyping.
