I just pip installed the package in a fresh environment, and encountered various issues running the jwst_download.py script. First the pandas dependency wasn't found. I installed it separately, which made that error disappear. Then the jinja2 dependency also couldn't be found. Manual installation fixed this error as well and then the script ran fine. Seems like the installation is currently missing some dependencies.
