Need to decide on the best cosmic ray flagging method. The pipeline has issues with the peak of sources in DASH and will flag them as CRs. (To be applied to the diff files).

  • look into LA Cosmic?

lacosmicx has been implemented and the centers of bright objects no longer are flagged as cosmic rays
