I am a second-year PhD student at <a href="https://research.ku.dk/search/result/?pure=en%2Fpersons%2Fsara-vera-marjanovic(3afcf820-57cd-41ca-8abc-a978c204860b).html">The University of Copenhagen</a>, within the <a href="https://di.ku.dk/english/research/machine-learning/">Machine Learning Section</a>, and affiliated with the <a href = "https://www.aicentre.dk/">Pioneer Centre</a> and <a href="https://www.copenlu.com/">CopeNLU</a>. I am supervised by <a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=dXkFCYoAAAAJ">Christina Lioma</a>, <a href="https://isabelleaugenstein.github.io/">Isabelle Augenstein</a>, and <a href="https://scholar.google.is/citations?user=QV3v_8kAAAAJ&hl=en">Maria Maistro</a>. I am involved in the <a href="https://erratum.ku.dk/">ERRATUM</a> and <a href="https://algorithms.dk/">Algorithms, Data & Democracy (ADD)</a> projects.
My research interests lie within eXplainable AI, Natural Language Processing, uncertainty quantification, noise and bias.
<p>
Previously, I worked as data science consultant at <a href="https://www.capgemini.com/services/data-and-ai/">Capgemini</a> and as a research assistant at <a href="https://sodas.ku.dk/">SODAS</a> as part of the <a href="https://hope-project.dk/">HOPE Project</a>. I have a Masters in IT & Cognition from The University of Copenhagen, and hold a Bachelours in Neuroscience from <a href="https://www.mcgill.ca/">McGill University</a>. In a past life, I worked as a research assistant in medicinal research at the <a href="https://www.ubc.ca/">University of British Columbia</a>.
