Navigating back to a record previously viewed sometimes prompts save on Collection Object

Describe the bug
When using browse in forms on Collection Object, when you switch to a record you previously viewed while clicking through, it'll appear as though you have unsaved changes even though no changes have been made. I have only experienced it on COs that have an accession, though it may not happen every time and I cannot tell why that is.

Might be an issue with independent subviews based on that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a Collection Object query that has
2. Query and then click Browse in Forms
3. Click the > arrow until you come across a record with an accession
4. Go forward one more, then back
5. See if form indicates unsaved changes
6. If not, continue steps 4 and 5 until it occurs

Expected behavior
There shouldn't be unsaved changes to a form when no changes have been made.

Since the exact same records don't exist on the v7.9.6.2 compatible database, I can't be entirely certain that this can't be recreated in that version, but I have no memory of ever running into this issue before and using the same query didn't produce anything.
