Describe the bug
The following error message displays when viewing any discipline record form:

ProtectedError at /api/delete_blockers/discipline/65536/ ("Cannot delete some instances of model 'Discipline' because they are referenced through protected foreign keys: 'UniquenessRule.discipline'.", {, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , })

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Queries -> Discipline
  2. Query for any discipline in the db
  3. Select one
  4. Browse in forms/open form in new tab
  5. See error

*Issue can be replicated on v7

Expected behavior
Should be able to view disciplines without error being thrown.
