Change of Org Name

@ma4nn suggested that picturepan-too was a a bit controversial, so this thread is to discuss alternative names.

The org name should support the following aims:

• respect the lib's roots
• be clear to those searching for it
• support new packages

Please:

• make suggestions
• upvote the best options
• add comments to clarify

I quite like the css variant:

Wanting to get this wrapped up, IMHO the two best candidates are:

• spectre-css
• spectre-org

For both:

• spectre is taken
• it's not too serious or too flippant
• it works for sub-packages, i.e. spectre-*/spectre-vue

Considering spectre-css:

• ✅ it's more about the product
• ✅ it's specific
• ✅ it doesn't imply ownership of the original project
• 🤔 or does it?
  • this effort is little org-like TBF
  • though, are software products not implicitly org-like by their very nature?

Considering spectre-org:

• ✅ it's more about the effort
• ✅ it implies collective organisation
  • 🤔 is is too general?
  • 🤔 is that a good thing?

If no input, I'll make a decision by the end of the day 🕠
