Feature Request: Keep track of balances between people who are in multiple common groups. #284

It would be nice to have a "per person" balance page for people who are common to multiple groups.

Example:

Joe and Sarah are in group A

Joe, Sarah, and Francis are in group B

Joe and Sarah can settle expenses directly with fewer transactions than if it were settled on a per-group basis.

This is one feature I've really been missing from Splitwise (link: https://splitwise.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/746853-my-dashboard-balances-are-different-than-my-group).
