[Bug] Deleted expense can be still accesses

When I delete an expense it is still visible in the activies list and if I click on it it still opens.

This is really confusing.

There should be at least a notification that the views expense is deleted.

I just created a 0 € expense multiple times by pressing enter on the expense title.
Currently its hard to see If I deleted all the wrong entries.

Additional (maybe other Issue so), it would be nice to not be able to create expenses with 0€ (see #290)

Btw. trying to delete a deleted expense results in theses entries:

Ok it seems to be a bug in timing. Now I can't see a link for the deleted expense.
Still when opening the link to an deleted expense it should be visible that the expense was deleted.
