[BUG] Broken scroll with Firefox Android

Description : during adding an expense, when trying to choose the person who paid the webpage scroll to the bottom and is stuck there

Firefox version: 133.0.3

Steps to repo:

• Add a new expense
• Add a title and an amount
• Clic on the menu to choose who paid for
• The page scroll down and is stuck, the only way out is to save or cancel

Repro is only on firefox, the default Android browser (Chromium-derivated) does not have it.

Hi, I have the same issue with Facebook Messenger. I just sent a group's link to my wife trough FB Messenger, she can access it well, but the category's list is screwed. It's kind of stuck, and finally it scrolls after few attempts.
