SVG issue: "Text is not SVG - cannot display" with images generated by the draw.io plugin

When I try to export a page containing SVG images generated by the draw.io plugin to PDF. They render poorly, especially in the text blocks. And the message "Text is not SVG - cannot display" is displayed over the image.

Is it a problem with the images generated by the draw.io plugin or with the PDF rendering engine?
