Feature request: automate log prefix setting

This request depends on solnlib enhancement request

Idea is to have log prefix set automatically to TA name (globalConfig meta.name ; lowercased if needed) or hardcoded and to be able to get it for usecases like troubleshooting/monitoring

We don't control it in the UCC framework, we can propose people to use the methods which we develop in solnlib, I'll close this issue here but will leave one in solnlib.
