edu_o11y_1.11_upstream

This is the 1.11 release of the opentelemetry-demo, with Splunk EDU local changes merged in.
It does not contain any upstream changes after the 1.11 release, but does contain commits that are ahead of the upstream main.
This release exists on the branch edu_o11y. It is not on main.
