classpath support files.

It would be handy if classpath in extjsrc.json supported individual files, some projects have debug and compact versions of code in the same place and I think this leads to duplicate symbols. Files report "not a directory" errors when scanning. Tried exclude to exclude the duplicate files but did not get it to work, although new to this so perhaps did not fully understand the syntax.
