I'm a data scientist, Brazilian, Christian, passionate about projects in the field of digital agriculture.

My open source contributions are tied to projects that are part of my personality and values, as well as libraries that help developers.

Packages and Libs

  • I developed a python library to store logs in MongoDB and send notifications of errors to MS Teams - logze

  • I developed a python library that provides functionality to read data from Excel and CSV files and insert it into a Microsoft SQL Server database. - excel2mssql

  • I developed a julia package for encoding cyclical values using sine and cosine - CyclicalEncoding.jl

Projects

  • Grain Analysis: A Python-based grain analysis tool that uses OpenCV for image processing to measure and visualize grain dimensions. Counting how many grains are on the image and its width and height coefficient of variance.
  • INMET Database Maker: Clean and prepare data from INMET to build a complete weather database.
  • Image Shrinker API: API written in Go that allows to resize and store images. It can be used as a microservice in a larger application and reduce costs by reducing the size of the images stored.
  • RedBot: A bot to track Redmine projects and issues via Telegram and generate a report of ongoing or resolved activities in an Excel file.
  • Spraying API: Real-time analysis of climatic conditions generating the result whether they are suitable or not for agricultural spraying. 
    Sponsorship earnings will be donated to church social projects.
