Become a sponsor to Tech in EMS, Inc.
Tech in EMS creates, promotes, and maintains free and open-source software developed with a goal of improve emergency medical services across the U.S. We have a wide variety of technology for deployment now, and we can also work with you service to build something new—depending on your needs.
Some of our past projects include:
- Headsup: a digital whiteboard with automatically updating data, including schedules, notes, call volumes, and more.
- Herald: a tool that receives standard, dispatch-generated emails, parses them, and displays them beautifully in Slack.
- DiALERT: an application, running on a configurable schedule, that updates a PBX ring group to match on-duty personnel.
- at-channel: a Slack integration that allows administrators to disable members using
@channel
and instead allows for the moderation of channel-wide messages.
Your sponsorship of TiEMS is important to ensure that EMS services—some of the lowest funded groups in healthcare—have access to technology developed specifically for them. Funds raised will be used to support development efforts as well as to ensure we have infrastructure for both our development and production environments.
