Parse own flag ids / attackinfo

Fetch the attack info regularly and extract the info for our own team. With this we can hightlight that information in streams and maybe add new filters to use in queries to easily find streams which use our attackinfo somehow. The attackinfo is attached to services, so maybe a way to add the service name in the attackinfo when adding a service tag to link them and only look for that attackinfo in the service streams.
