MessageBuilder Support on producer_kafka_middleware example #414

Hi

I am trying to reproduce the example of produce_kafka_middleware. I have created a repo here which is running the SCC normally. But when I tried to replace the message sending logic using the kafkaTemplate.send(Message<?>) method,

the json message sent over to TestContainers is not compatible (?) with the format jsonpath can parse. May I know why the org.springframework.messaging.support.MessageBuilder way of building the kafka message is not working as expected??

The error message after uncommenting the code is this
