During a release a sync to central happens via jvalkeal/nexus-sync-action. There is an action spring-io/nexus-sync-action which should be used instead.

There is one breaking change in this new action as it doesn't sign files. It is now expected for artifacts to get signed with maven/gradle so that those are available from artifactory.
