When a user has agreed to a CLA because they are part of a corporate signature it is currently confusing.
We should provide more details on a corporate signature page explaining that because they are part of a GitHub org or have an email with the correct domain, they do not need to sign the CLA.

by approving the request for the app to access your github email (and that email being associated with the corporation) you will be recognized as compliant with the CLA... since your corporation has already "signed"
