First of all I'm very excited for the project and hope that I will be able to use at work some day.
My feeling is though that a lot of the features which are part of Spring Modulith could be part of Spring Boot or Spring, for example:
event publication registry - this can be useful to any Spring application.
Scenario and bootstrap modes can be useful for any Spring Boot application.
Are there plans to release this functionality as separate starters? What was the motivation for not releasing them as part of a separate starter for Spring Boot?
