Of course we need SpringBoard to make the campaign. That would require 3 things:

Help, as much as we can, @gajop with SpringBoard development (https://github.com/Spring-SpringBoard/SpringBoard-Core)
Develop the SpringBoard-S44 mutator, able to work without friction with Spring:1944, and to produce conveniently formated scenario files (https://github.com/Spring-SpringBoard/SpringBoard-S44)
Develop all the required stuff here to digest the scenarios produced by SpringBoard-S44
