Implementation details

Look into existing migrations and deployment/configuration flow and write the migrations and configuration scripts in a modular way that will improve our current flow.

Testing details

Running migrations and configuration scripts deploys and configures Sygma bridge in the anticipated way

Acceptance Criteria

After running the migrations and configuration scripts deploys all the required contracts and configures the bridge in the way that it is operational without and additional manual configurations
