Fix the navbar in the landing page for small devices #49

Related to #46.

As a user I'd like to navigate to trash radar landing page on a mobile device and see the title and the hamburger menu aligned in the navbar.

As a user I'd like to have a chance to click in the menu sub options, they currently disappear too fast and don't let the user interact with them.
